Success Trip: An Experience That Gives Meaning to the Journey
For me, the Success Trip has a very special meaning that goes far beyond the trip itself.
Above all, it is a deep and very personal motivation, closely aligned with one of the values that I identify with the most: the importance of family. From day one, I have felt that I can build this business while staying committed to my family, and that is fundamental to me. My family has been a constant pillar from the very beginning. Both my husband and my children have accompanied me throughout the entire process, showing interest month after month, asking how it was going, whether I was achieving my goals, and supporting me at every stage.
It was amazing to have them join me on this trip and I happily covered the extra cost for them to share this experience with me, the result of my hard work, effort and perseverance. It gives enormous emotional value and makes this incentive even more meaningful.
From my perspective, a trip like the Success Trip is important because it represents a real opportunity to truly experience the company in a different way. After approximately a year and a half developing this business, I know that I am working with a solid, well-structured company of great scale. However, having the chance to see it up close, to experience it from the inside and get to know it more directly provides a completely different perspective. I firmly believe that this experience can mark a turning point in my business, as it will allow me to become even more aware of the major multinational company with which I am developing my business or, as I like to say, the great multinational company I have as a partner.
As for how I worked to achieve it, for me this trip is a month-by-month challenge. Although one needs to meet the qualification requirements for a minimum of six months during the qualification period, my personal goal is to reach them each month during the yearlong qualification period. It is a challenge I have set for myself, and I approach it with the same determination every month, as if I were not yet qualified. This helps me avoid becoming complacent, stay focused, and continue working with the same intensity, commitment, and consistency throughout the entire process.
One of the greatest lessons this journey has taught me is that consistency, focus, and discipline are important when qualifying for this incentive. It is not about making it easy or fast, but about being consistent, having clarity in your goals, and working in an organized and coherent way over time. Progress comes when you maintain a committed attitude and a mindset of continuous improvement.
To those who aspire to qualify for a Success Trip, I would recommend that they fight for their dream, set clear goals, and trust the process while working hard towards this milestone. I believe that aiming to become a “Lapis” is probably one of the first major goals that anyone entering the company with the intention of developing the business should set for themselves not only because of the recognition, but because of all the personal growth experienced along the way.
In the end, the Success Trip is not just a destination. For me, it is the sum of decisions, habits, and lessons that transform you as a person and as an entrepreneur, and that strengthens your confidence in the business you are building.
